Did your group work (or is currently working) with a non-profit affordable housing developer

Is any cohousing group currently partnering with a non-profit affordable housing developer so that some or all of the private units in your community will be available for rent or sale at lower than market rates to households that income qualify to rent or purchase them?

If you live in a completed community did you partner with a non-profit housing developer? And if so were you, at the same time, also working with a for-profit developer?

If you answer yes to either of these questions, the Affordability Task Force of the Cohousing Association will be wanting to communicate with you about your experience. If you do answer "yes," it would be helpful if you would identify (with that person's permission) the person in your community (or group if your community is not yet built) who knows the most about how that collaboration is working or worked.
