Affordable units at Nevada City cohousing

We have 5 units (of 34) permanently affordable to moderate income buyers.
This was a requirement of planning approval, along with 7 restricted rent
carriage houses that must be included when building on our adjacent lots.
These restrictions are based on a buyer having not more than a percentage
of the county median income and a limit to the assets of the buyer.
They are enforced by deed restrictions and the city uses a local bank to
handle the paperwork.
I do not believe any of those units have been resold in the 7+ years we
have been occupied.
