You could also segregate the TVs by content as well as hardware -- e.g., one TV for adults, and another for which parental controls are irrevocably set. And, if you put each TV into a separate room, then people would not have to bargain so much with each other over time sharing. When you stop to think about, opportunities for simplification are nearly unlimited.
