Valley Commons.  Still, we are just at the beginning, and need a lot of help 
with planning and development.  Our model is Heartwood Cohousing in Colorado.

That's quite unusual:  Being an MIT grad, I am virtually never accused of 

However, my wife and I will be out in Arizona in October, and we'd love to
