Questions for cohousing condo associations 

*Has your association had to address the liability for basement water damage
or mold due to foundation cracks after any applicable construction
warrantees have expired?

*Has your association had to address the sharing of community and unit owner
responsibility for damage to either building shell/interior walls or unit
owner property - from mold and mildew?

*Have you adopted or incorporated building construction standards or
building and landscape maintenance procedures intended to address water,
mold, or moisture damage prevention?
