A community that is marketing units MUST have a web site. After the units are all sold, it's less important from that standpoint, but still good to have.

Look at Wordpress.com and Google sites (I think that is what they call them. 
It's a step by step process. Easy.

But it does take someone time to write the text and take the pictures.
