Does Bazinga have an email list capability? 

When you say you're using it for meals -- what aspect of meals exactly? 
What is the cost?

Our group has just chosen to use Bazinga. A local company with an extensive 
online system that we will use for meals, guest rooms, and much more. We don't 
have any experience using it yet but the folks who work there have been very 
helpful.

I also came across www.signupgenius.com and I think it could work very well too.
