For starters, is there a list of cohousing communities that used the lot development model? A couple thoughts from the discussion here around Jan 17, 2015 with Subject: Lot development walkability [was: Getting started ... that evolved to a discussion of how zoning and bank loan requirements affect density. Do these specifically put a lower limit on lot size? Also if you end up collecting data, I'd urge watching for other measures of walkability. Fred -- Fred H.
