One of the hard things about living in cohousing is being the person who has to tell your friends and neighbors "No, you can't", or "Yes, you must." The responsibility is scattered among a number of teams; people rotate on and off teams; there's no training in how to have the conversation effectively. And when it's done poorly, it can damage individual relationships and the social fabric of the community. Has anyone taken any kind of organized approach to this responsibility?
