Being the "nudge"
Date: Thu, 21 May 2015 05:41:29 -0700 (PDT)
One of the hard things about living in cohousing is being the person who has to
tell your friends and neighbors "No, you can't", or "Yes, you must."  The
responsibility is scattered among a number of teams; people rotate on and off
teams; there's no training in how to have the conversation effectively.  And
when it's done poorly, it can damage individual relationships and the social
fabric of the community.

Has anyone taken any kind of organized approach to this responsibility?
Training, structure, documentation, how to debrief and harvest the lessons
learned, etc etc etc?
