Explore Intentional Community Living at Cobb Hill Cohousing

A Message from Cobb Hill Community Members, June 2015

T This is an ideal time to explore community living at Cobb Hill
Cohousing in Hartland, VT, because there are several homes for sale. For more
information, please visit the Cobb Hill website:
http://cobbhill.org/our-houses/sales-a-rentals.

T The community is at a vibrant time in its history. The founding group
had the rare chance to create the core ideas for a farm-based community, make a
building plan, supervise construction, and move in. Those steps took place
between 1996 and 2001, and included the privilege of working alongside Donella
Meadows to develop the principles for a sustainable community.

From 2001 to the present, the community has generated many ways to
make use of the land and buildings. With a heightened consciousness of
climate issues and more than a decade of experimenting with sustainable
practices, the community is open to new paradigms for sustainability.

With several homes available, including both units in one duplex,
people who are already friends, or an intergenerational family seeking to live
in closer proximity, could make the move to Cobb Hill together.

Come and be part of meaningful collaborative living in Hartland.

To plan a visit, please contact Marie Kirn: 802-436-1036, email kirn
[at] vermontel.net; or contact any of the homeowners who are now moving on.
