I would be surprised if the National Conference paid for itself once the
advertising and other preparations are accounted for. Without the sponsors
I don't think it would be possible.

I imagine the largest piece of the $62K pie goes to salaries, and that they
aren't very big pieces of pie for those employed by CoHo US. The hours that
Alice, Catya, and others spend are much more than the volunteers do, I
imagine. If Catya is strictly a volunteer, WOW!
