The tags are there to help people find related content to what they are already looking for/at. So I try to group things as much as possible, so that, for example, people looking at items on "decision making" find sociocracy. I can absolutely give sociocracy its own tag also, or give governance it's own tag, but I need to see the case for how this helps MOST USERS find things. Similarly, affordability/finance Information architecture is something I'm an enthusiastic amateur at - any professionals want to chime in? :) - cat Catya Belfer - www.catya.org Technical Director - www.cohousing.org Cohousing in MA - www.mosaic-commons.org On Tue, Aug 25, 2015 at 11:04 AM, Sue STIGLEMAN <sstigleman [at] bellsouth.net> wrote: > > I like "organizational structure" to cover the part that defines group > structure and the relationships between the different pieces -- like is > there a Board, what sort of teams are there, who has what authority, what's > required to delegate authority from one body to another. > And something like Decision-making to cover the processes (consensus, > voting, etc) that are used for making decisions. > From my understanding, sociocracy is sometimes discussed in terms of an > organizational structure and sometimes a decision-making structure.
