Even when the exterior belongs to the association, this can be an important 
consideration for individual homeowners. Often this wiring produces unsightly 
cable and conduits on the exterior of the building. Over time, adding this and 
adding that, they can end up creating very unattractive exteriors.

Such additions at Takoma Village would be discussed and attempts at consensus 
made. They wouldn’t be just done. The Association includes everyone. It is 
composed of individuals.
