Well said Crystal!!!  Thank you so much care and heart you put into this.
Certainly is a good time to talk about what it means for the larger
community and picture.

How can other communities begin to address the racial and other divides
that are very real within our society at large and certainly within
cohousing communities?

Just putting the question out there.
