The real benefit is that the job is done __and no one has to worry about it or 
listen__ to harangues about it not being done.

Asking people to take responsibility for investigating what needed to be done 
and then doing the job didn’t work well for many people. They didn’t know where 
to start. We have fewer of those situations now.
