The cohousing community in Roberts Creek, BC, Canada is zoned "CD-1". The
cohousing community is a mix of single family dwellings and duplexes with
shared common parking, common street, common house and common green spaces.
The zoning is unique to the Sunshine Coast Regional District (the local
