Santa Rosa Creek Commons seems safe, probably because we are steps away from the main fire house and police station. We have not lost any power and are assured by our police and firemen that we are not in any danger of being evacuated, at least for the time being. Our community is pretty well organized for disaster response and it showed up quickly as we had building monitors checking whether or not people were going or staying and making certain everyone was o.k. We are now housing many friends who have lost their houses or have not had any power for several days. In my one bedroom apt. I have 2 adults, a teen ager, 2 dogs and a cat visiting until such time as they can return to their homes, assuming their house remains standing. Harriet Lewis, Santa Rosa Creek Commons
