Hi Joan,

I host sites for communities for free at that include
common meal calendars and a full accounting system. The site also have the
following features:
facebook-like news feed
photo gallery
contact list of people and households with bios and pictures
unlimited email lists
unlimited calendars with reminders and sign ups
document storage and organization
online discussions
online surveys
shared lists (e.g. lost and found, recommendations, recipes, movies)
groups/teams/committees with calendars, documents, minutes, etc.
support for subgroups (useful for sociocracy)
private household calendars
private household pages with contacts, notes, recipes, todo list, accounting
history, common meal history
completely private and secure
I'm happy to modify the common meal calendar to work the same as your
community's system if it doesn't already. I'm also happy to add new features
that your community may want. There is no cost for the hosting or any changes
to the code. Everything is open source so there's also the option of hosting a
site yourself if you prefer. Please contact me if you have any questions or
would like more info.
