Hi Marc, I hope the following answers your question. We are in the process
of educating the entire membership about consent decision making and there
are members from the Board, finance and policy committee on the Reach
Committee. Thanks Chris

The Reach Committee includes every person who attends regular committee
meetings, supports the aim of the committee and has a role in the
operations of Reach. Reach members meet with each other to make policy and
operations decisions within their domain of responsibility.

Committee Options: "Membership into Reach is a consent decision for the
existing members of the committee and for new members of the committee.
This committee may set criteria for membership, which could include each
member takes on a role to get committee work done, regular attending
committee meetings or having the personal skills necessary to participate
in moving forward the committee’s aim. The principle here is no one can
force themselves into a committee membership and no committee can force any
member into committee membership." Jerry Gonzalez Sociocracy For All.
