If you're attending next month's National Cohousing Conference you could attend this panel session w/ Joren Bass, Mike Mariano and Katie McCamant. It's Sunday June 2 at 11 AM. Here's their description: It starts as a love fest but ends in a fight over fees. What happened? During this session panelists will share key lessons from their collective experiences managing cohousing developments including: How a group can work most effectively with their professionals. What professionals will your group need to get your project built? How can you help get the highest value out of their work, and they don't go broke. If you're not able to attend we hope that all presenters will be posting their presentations and/or handouts after the event. There are not recordings being made due to budget.
