Thanks Rachael. I did not know that there was an Affordable Cohousing group and 
I have been to their website. This organization would be the most appropriate 
organization to develop a listing of the various government, charitable, non 
profit groups to help cohousing groups create affordable units.

If anyone has access to the staff or board, I would urge you to pass this need 
on to them.
Of course if you know that they already have this list , let me know.
I was pleased to see that they list four cohousing groups that
