We did a virtual reading of the Seussification of Romeo and Juliet, and it was a of of fun. Costumes and all the bells and whistles.

It didn't happen to be a coho event, but certainly would work fine that way.

Hi, Deb and Maggi. Exactly my question, too! I’ve looked at monologues, and
there are tons of those. But I think it would be more fun to read an act of a play.
Something not too long. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

My community doesn't do these, but I have done it online with other actor
friends during the pandemic. We have mostly done things we can find online
(that are in the public domain) as well as things for which we each had
scripts and could share. Depending on how long you want them to be, I have
some suggestions. We hope someday to do Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

Hi - I'm searching for script ideas our community can read/act on zoom. I
think one or more other communities have done this as a pandemic-suitable
activity. Ideal scripts are:
-available on the web
-not too long (sitcoms came to mind, but how to choose/find?)
-fun!
any suggestions?
Thanks.
