2019:        $0.26 per sq ft
2020:        $0.26 per sq ft
2021:        $0.28 per sq ft

I can't be sure how the two communities below calculated the $/sq ft.  For
PDX Commons, I have divided the annual budget raised via Homeowner Fees by
the total square footage of our built and unbuilt elements --- so private
units + all common areas (rooftop solar panel square footage, HVAC
condenser square footage,landscaping, bike racks, etc included).  Then I
divided by 12 for a monthly amount.

I can re-calculate if other assumptions about the computation are provided.

BEWARE of "apple to oranges" comparisons ...  right now, PDX Commons is a
mighty fine lookin' apple!

Arboretum Cohousing Madison WI  40 units
Approx. $0.29 per sq ft.  Avr. $315. (free standing houses much less as
they are responsible for their own utilities and upkeep)
Includes: Reserves (half our condo fees go to the reserves), coho
insurance, accountant, housekeeping in all common spaces/halls, heat, hot
water, gas, garbage, internet, committee budgets. We do our own outdoor
work and building management. No charge for amenities.

Jamaica Plain CH  Boston MA  30 units
Approximately $0.66 per sq ft
Includes: heat, hot water, gas, electric, garbage, internet, 1x monthly
professional cleaning of commonhouse, plow, funding for maintenance,
reserves,
and committee activities
