Here is our conflict resolution process https://mosaic-commons.org/conflictresolution Mosaic Commons is 34 households on the same property as another 34 household cohousing community. We are kind of ex-urban, our youngest is now 4!! and oldest is 80 something. Mostly white, about 1/4 of our homes are "moderately affordable".
