I think they see cohousing as one kind of co-living or some broader genre. I haven’t read the article yet, but I suspect they did not cover intentional communities either. I had the same problem when trying to write on governance for a general audience, such as the post on Reality and Truth Seeking and topics you are hesitant to raise in your communities. It isn’t anything that is particular or confined to cohousing but if I mention cohousing, I’m in danger of being listened to as a cohousing marketer when that isn’t the central point.
