We have a beginning category called Explorer. It’s $100 non refundable. 
Explorers can attend zoom meetings (General Circle as well as sub circle) and 
in person functions. Within 2 months we ask them to decide about becoming 
Equity Members but are loose about this 2 months. If there are reasons for them 
to wait to decide to take the big step to Equity Member then we don’t dump them!
During the Explorer phase they learn about us, read the operating docs and get 
to know us while we get to know them.
