As treasurer of Bellingham Cohousing, I recommend not adjusting dues based on use the TV. Its more work to calculate different dues and anyway those may change over time. Instead, start a list of all the facilities that are used by some and not others. In our community we have a hot tub, children’s play room, shop, craft room with sewing machines and ironing board all of which are enjoyed by only a subset of the whole community.
