For Laurie, who's looking for reasonably prices CoHo, EcoVillage must be
doing something right. Houses here run from $80K to $130K (the upper end
is a 4BR, 1600 sf unit), including common house, land, infrastructure,
and we're sitting on 176 acres at the top of a hill a mile and a half
above Ithaca. (And we've still got a couple places to fill...if you don't
mind the plug).
