Hi all,

I am part of a group in Portland, Maine working to create a mixed income
cohousing community. We are exploring government funding as well as
incorporating as a limited equity housing cooperative, among other
affordability strategies.

Rocky Corner Cohousing has the most affordable units that I know of -- 40%

You may want to connect with the folks at http://www.affordablecohousing.org

I'd love to connect with other cohousers working on this!
