In another example, a neighbor had the lifestyle of a drug-addicted mentally ill homeless person. Sleeping under an overturned boat. Campfires escaping to become forest fires which burned the surrounding neighbors. This was despite the neighbor having clear title to the land with no mortgage, so if their head was working better they had the means to build a better lifestyle. Eventually that neighbor was removed from that land and sent to prison, after to a series of drug and EPA violations. The land was auctioned, and the buyer cleaned up the messes. Brian
