I don't remember ever seeing a price posted of $120K/unit.

Resource use is roughly revealed by the price tag. If you buy
innovative windows now to save energy use later, but the windows are
made in small quantities and cost as much as the energy saved, then as
a rough estimate you haven't saved any human labor hours or raw
ingredients. To be green, it has to be inexpensive in the long term.
