climate change in East Africa.

We have seen flooding and droughts all across the world, including the Horn
of Africa. At the event, we will discuss the long term effects of climate
dirsuption in the region, including its impact on food security and drought.

The United States is proposing the first ever, national carbon rule to cut
carbon pollution 30% by 2030. This rule will not only improve the health
and climate for the United States, but will also impact other parts of the
world including the Horn of Africa.
