MUUSJA/FUS/CCC folks who believe, as I do, that current transportation
usage and patterns are an important aspect of the climate crisis. We need

*March 13 is Move MN Transportation Day at the State Capitol! *Join TLC and
allies for a major show of support for transportation funding.
Comprehensive transportation funding bills (SF 2107, HF 2395) were
introduced at the Capitol just last week. They include substantial new
funding for transit, bicycling, and walking options across Minnesota. We
need to get these bills passed out of committee! This is our chance to make
it clear to legislators the Minnesotans want, and urgently need, more
transportation options. This is the moment we need you to raise your voice
with us--to ensure transit, bicycling, and walking are funded in 2014!

Activities on March 13 will include:

   - *Advocate Workshop, 1-4 PM, **at Christ Lutheran Church *(105
   University Ave. W, Saint Paul): Learn details about the transportation
   funding bill, receive training prior to meeting with your legislator, and
   connect with other advocates. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
   - *Meetings with legislators throughout the day*: We can help schedule
   your meeting or assist you in pulling your legislator off the floor for a
   brief meeting.
   - *Transportation Rally in the Capitol Rotunda at 4 PM!*
