Just a reminder that 'Disruption' is screening this Sunday, September 7, at
7 pm at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design Auditorium, 2501 Stevens
Avenue. (The MCAD events calendar lists the screening at 6 pm. That differs
from this email, and is probably when the doors open.)

I'll be there (and in NYC on September 21). Please join me.

Every day that we get closer to the People's Climate March we pass another
amazing milestone. At the end of last week, over 100 clergy leaders came
together to talk about bringing their congregations to the march, and *over
the Labor Day weekend we officially passed 1,000 endorsing organizations -
including two of the largest unions in the country.*

The path to where we are now has been amazing, exciting, and a departure
from how most people organize around climate change - and a new
documentary, *Disruption* is an inside look at how that's happened.

*Disruption* weaves together political intrigue, mind-blowing science, and
an insider's view of the People's Climate March. Movies are one of the most
powerful forms of communication, and we hope this one will be a potent tool
to raise awareness and get people out into the street on September 21st.

Pretty great, right? Well, now is your chance to help us get the movie out

*On Sunday, September 7th, people everywhere are going to be hosting
screenings and watch-parties of Disruption. Will you join in?*

*Yes, I can host a screening in my community.

I can't host a screening, but I'd like to find one to attend.

Hosting a screening is easy: it's entirely free, so all you need is a way
to show a streaming video from the internet (like a YouTube video) to your

People will be standing by to support you every step of the way -- all you
need to do is register your event
spread the word a bit, and block out a few hours on Sunday, September 7.

If you've ever thought that the movement to stop climate change needed to
be way bigger, this is an easy way to help make that happen.

Thanks for all your help,
Charlie Furman for the People's Climate March
