Something like "stop" will do. If you wish to keep getting announcements, you do not need to do anything at all. ------ Message sent May 24th: -------- Subject: [pax-salon] Changes to Conversational Salon mailings Dear Conversational Salon Recipient, You have been receiving Salon announcements for quite awhile ** and I need to make a change in the way I send them out. The Salons, by the way, are held most Tuesday evenings at Mad Hatter's Tea / Coffee House at 943 W 7th street in St Paul. Each week is a different topic, for example each month typically has a poetry reading, an open discussion and two are some kind of program with guests or a video. The announcements will now be sent via a listserv which will be managed by Fred Olson of Communications for Justice ( http://justcomm.org ). From now on the subject line will always include [pax-salon]. Also you can make changes to your "subscription" including unsbscribing by forms at the pax-salon info web page. New people can subscribe themselves on this web page also. Please direct interested people to the pax-salon info page - whose address will appear at the bottom of each announcement: http://lists.justcomm.org/mailman/listinfo/pax-salon There will also be an archive of announcements accessible from that address. If you don't wish to keep receiving announcements, reply to this message and indicate so. Something like "stop" will do. If you wish to keep getting announcements, you do not need to do anything at all. ** Note that due to a problem, we are using a backup copy from Jan 2005 of second half (by last name) of the recipients so this may be going to a few people who had asked to be dropped and not going to some people who were added since then. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Patty Guerrero <pattypax [at] earthlink.net> ( and Fred Olson <fholson [at] cohousing.org> )
