One of the groups that is trying to organize in Chicago and is now at the
stage of making a covenant agreement is interested in hearing how other
groups formed. 
No one in the group has access to the Internet, but I volunteered to
collect the responses and pass them on. I would think it would be a topic
of general interest to most readers of this news group. Thank you, and
