Reply to: RE>>Renter Members (fwd) I'm all for renter members too! But I keep coming back to the question of who builds the coho. Is there a way to get economic diversity (renters) into the INITIAL planning of the coho project? Cause later recruitment seems to leave renters in a second class position. It's like saying "Sure, you can live here, if you like our lifestyle the way *we* (owners) planned it." Or am I wrong and renters can be part of the planning, too? If so, how would that work?
