Cohousing-L Mailing List: Benecia Community lost it's site

I heard recently that the Benecia Cohousing Community lost 
it's beautiful site on the North end of the San Francisco Bay :)
This community was featured in the second edition of the cohousing 
book.  I guess the group still meets to some extent.

Does anyone who knows more details?
