We here in Sonoma County (Jewell Hill) formed a Limited Liability Company, a
new creation here in Calif. that offers liability protection similar to a
corporation, but is much simpler and cheaper.  This was also on the advice of
more than one lawyer including a highly paid specialist in this area.

It is too soon to tell you how it will work re financing, etc., but we'll
keep you posted.  We will dissolve this company when we build and form a
nonprofit homeowners assoc.
