So you always wanted to my neighbor right?  So now you can.  The catch =
is you have to buy a 5,000 square foot, 5 bedroom house for $320,000.  =
The house would work really well for a group ownership as there are two =
bedrooms in the basement, two bedroom above the main room, and a whole =
wing with one large, easy to divide up bedroom space.  There is a large =
central kitchen and dining and lounge space.  So think of it as a really =
nice college group house in a cohousing community with 25 acres of woods =
surrounding the houses. =20

I could add lots of stuff about Sharingwood but if you have been reading =
the list you probably know more about what is going on than most the =
members  :)
