I hate to nit-pick and mean no harm or ill will, but it seems 
relevant to our previous discussion of 
definitions of cohousing... Muir Commons is the first "developed" co-housing 
in the  country.  N Street is the first co-housing community.  We were 
eating meals in a common dining room about a year and a half before Muir  
Commons was moved into.
