How about a discussion on "renting" ?

1. In my group the Community does the renting.
2. Any "subletting" is limited to one year.
 It is always amazing to me how blithely overlooked is the fact that the profit
any landlord makes is _always_ made on the backs of those who need a roof over
their heads...even those _landlords_ who call themselves "progressive".
