Since we opened at Doyle Street in 1992, there have been 11 unit sales as I
count them. Four have been internal, and seven involved new buyers. Real
estate agents were not used in any of these transactions. Most buyers and
sellers have gone together to an independent real estate person who, for a
flat fee, does all the paperwork for both parties, after they settle on the
price.I assume there are people like this everywhere.
