Anyone out there who has developed and wouldn't mind sharing spreadsheets that
brings together & calculates cost-scenarios of cohousing projects? Any
experiences with the data gathering, do's & don'ts. 

If I get a significant response I'll produce a generic best-of-all-ideas
worksheet which I will return to people interested / post on the TCN web page.
