Hello, All, I'm looking for advice and product info. Here at Eno Commons Cohousing, the biggest on-going hassle has been trying to get the concrete floors to come out right. These are integrally colored concrete floors, colored with Davis pigments, power troweled smooth, and then cut into 3 foot squares. The builder is now using a moisture-cured polyurethane called something like "MCU 101" which is distributed locally by Duron. It is a high gloss product which shows quite a lot of brush marks. There's also being some problems that look like a form of delamination. Anyone out there have experience with this sort of interior cement finishing and have a product and process to recommend? Thanks, Sherri Zann Rosenthal Developer, Eno Commons, Durham, NC
