Yes, I would highly recommend Matt Kiefer (if someone else hasn't
recommended him already!!!!) He has been involved in cohousing for many,
many years now. He gave a presentation on legal issues in cohousing at the
1996 East Coast Regional cohousing conference in Massachusetts, and he will
also be on one of the upcoming teleconference calls with Ann Zabaldo. He is
very interested in issues of urban planning, land use law, and sustainable
development.
