Quick bit of advice: don't wait for a name to list! Don't wait for a 
website! Don't wait for a site! As soon as there's more than two people 
with an interest, get listed, with at least an e-mail address, and that 
way other people nearby won't be reinventing the wheel... instead they 
can be working together with you and helping your group move further, 
faster.
