Yes, cohousing is alive and well in Baltimore.  We have an active group
and are currently in the process of exploring cohousing developers to work
with our community.  We meet twice monthly and have a social event once a
month.  We have explored some sites and expect to be choosing a developer
to work with in May or shortly thereafter.  Any one wanting more
