Our entire community has picked up the babysitter tab for meetings for a long 
time - before building and after.  We all agreed that we all benefit by the 
kids having good childcare - and it did make it easier for young famlies to 
come I think.

We have a fund that each adult contributes $5/month to - and that covers it.
