There will soon be a four bedroom house for sale on land abutting New View
Cohousing.  (#1 Gregory Lane).  There are already Non-Resident New View
Members who live in houses on this contiguous land. Consequently, this may
be a good time to get to know New View better. The sellers will be having
an open house on March 11th.  We recommend that you use this interim time
to reacquaint yourself with New View and cohousing if you are possibly
interested in this house.

There are potlucks on Friday and Sunday evenings, and community meetings
once a month.  If you are still interested in cohousing, we hope that you
will contact us to attend these events and/or to arrange a tour.  
Additionally we wanted you to know that there are different levels of
participation available at New View, including, but not limited to
Non-Resident Members.  Please feel free to contact us for more
information.
